Marijuana legality...?

I believe it is still illegal due to the fact that it would be easier to abuse, particularly in the young, developing demographic. Marijuana damages the hippocampus of the brain, which is active in remembering things which is very important in developing brains. And while it may be impossible to form a chemical addiction to it, a psychological addiction is still a possibility. But we are making baby steps towards using in everyday medicine.
