Why Don't The Stockholders At Bruce Wayne's Company Question Where The Revenue Goes?

If Bruce Wayne was funneling millions upon millions of dollars into bullet proof rocket cars and airplanes shaped like the Bat logo, why didn't anyone notice it? He had all these companies under Wayne enterprises but no one seemed to have a problem with the fact that unbelievable amounts of company money were disappearing all the time. Wasn't there an accountant somewhere who would have figured it out? What about the IRS? Seeing how badly the guys from Enron got busted, how did Bruce Wayne get away with it???
