When '..all Israel is saved...' does that mean all the biblical promised land to Israel will be restored too?
We need to look at the time frame to answer your question correctly. Time frames are often referred to as dispensations in the Bible. First of all, Israel will not wholly follow God until they realize that the Messias has already come to earth to die on a cross for our and their sins. They wont get it until after the tribulation has started. If you study Biblical Prophecy at all and Use the power of the Holy Spirit , He will give you an understanding of how the world will come to a close. During the tribulation the blindness will be removed and they will realize there helpless state and cry out to God for redemption. This is where the 144,000 come into play. These will be saved Jews during the tribulation warning others of their imminent fate. At the end of the tribulation period (7yrs) the Lord Jesus will ascend from heaven with His saints and we will reign and rule with Christ for a 1000yrs on this earth. At this point Israel will be fully restored and Christ will be sitting on the throne in Jerusalem. This is often referred to as the "Millennial reign".
