Can I have a dippy egg, and a couple other questions ?

Im at my moms and theres 1 egg lol and really peckish, Im 16 weeks pregnant, also when I go to sleep my left nipple burns on and off when I change positions and is it ok to often when pregnant I have a bullet vibrator and being a single women I still have a drive and am wondering if its ok? x
