Does anybody know any examples for water waste?

I have a presentation about examples of water waste, mostly in agricultural fields, golf courses and lawns. Right now, I have enough examples of Sprinkler Irrigation malfunctioning, but I need more in other fields such as in agriculture or golf courses.
