What happens if i break in my engine too soon?

I just leased the 2007 Infiniti G35 Sedan, the car was brand new with 11 miles on it, and i already started flooring it and going to the 7000's RPM. I then heard about this whole 1000 mile rule with new engine's, how you have to take it easy at first before you start maxing out your car. I have already put 100 miles on it with some high reving here and there, but i already stopped abusing it for now after getting informed. So what happens now, how will this affect my car for the next 2 years? Has the damage already been done?
