Horomone treatment and Lactating?

Ok before everyone bombards me with "Go see your Dr!" Let me just get it out first. My good friend has a10 year old and 1 year 7month old premi. Unfortunately my friend has ovarian cysts and already had one ovary consumed by the cyst alone. She has seen her Dr. a billion times about removing the other but no luck. The Doc's decided to put her through early menopause (horomone treatment) to see if the sever pain from the cyst will stop. Now mind you its been a while since she has given birth to her previous child. All of a sudden she started lactating out of no where! Her do not hurt, she shows no signs or symptoms of illness. . . however she is very concerned....Shes suppose to be going through menopause....Not lactating. Does anyone have a clue on whats going on??? We have tried to contact the Dr's but no luck..(FYI thats the military Dr's speaking for you!)....Your comments and advice on any experiances would be appreciated.
