Fujifilm a400 problem?

i have a fujifilm finepix a400 and the zoom seems to be stuck, when i try to use it it says focus error and won't let me take any pictures, and the zoom is stuck midway, what can i do to fix it? i can't take it apart because the screws are shaped different than an average screwdriver
