Ugh cant think of the title of this movie!>>>?

ok...so this is all i remember and some of this might be off.....basically theres a dad and a daughter (sorry cant remember actors)....and the dad is a lil over protective,so the daughter go somewhere either in US or outside of the states and then a scene shows burglers breaking in and the daughter hiding and so the girl calls her dad from i think under the bed and the dad tells her to let them kidnap her and to give them the phone and he says something along the lines of to the burglers " you have no idea what you have just done" blah blah blah....i think he is a hitman or once was...anyways i cannot think of this movie and i want to see it so bad...please help i kow i give you nearly nothing to go on...but hopefully you can help thanks!
