Helpp! my lungs been hurting. i have strong pain like on the bottom of my lungs, and its only my left lung.?

i have scoliosis , and i dont think it has to do with that though. but anyways, everytime i breathe in i feel like something is preventing me from breathing in. like pressure. but it hurts like on de bottom of the lung. like if someones stabbing it slowly or bruising it.helpp.. tell me what you think thiss iss??
