Engine life expectancy on a dodge ram 1500?

I'm looking at purchasing a used dodge ram (1999, 1500 extended cab, 5.3L V8). Has been maintained meticulously. Oil changes on time. Has a new transmission and radiator. 153,000 miles. How much more would I be able to get out of this truck?
