Yes, this is a possibility. Very much so. You need to start talking to those who can help you---talk to the police and call the child abuse and Neglect hot -line. This is bad Neglect. The majority of kids in foster care now came from homes just like you described.Call the police now and talk to a teacher or school counselor.
