24 week pregnant and why do I hear a wheezing sound in my throat but I'm not having asthma?

WHy do I hear a wheezing sound in my throat but I'm not having asthma ( tight chest or hard time breathing?). I know I have a little muscus in my throat and I clear it all the time and I've been coughing a bit.. I havent had a cold lately? Everytime I exhale, I hear a wheezing vibrating sound coming from my body. I don't even know if its my lungs. SHould I be concerned? I"m also 24 weeks pregnant and I've had mild asthma in the ped ( I had it twice before). Should I still take my medications? Is this normal? I feel perfectly fine so I dont think its asthma, but I don't know. I just know everytime I breathe out i feel a vibration from my body.
